Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

You can pay using Visa , Maestro , MasterCard, Klarna or Paypal. Within Sweden we also provide payment by invoice. In this latter case, please contact: info [@] koolabah.com 
We will deduct your payment when your order is ready for shipment. That is, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. 
All prices are inclusive Swedish VAT which is 25 %. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. If you are located outside the EU your order might be subject to local customs when entering your country.


All personal data will be used with utmost discretion and will only be used for the specific order. We do not pass on personal data to any other parties. The payment data is handled by the above mentioned and are thus secure and is treated with utmost discretion and will be encrypted.


Koolabah unconditionally guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects. We will be happy to replace or refund you for any items you wish to return. 
If you are not happy with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will be happy to replace any item that does not match your expectations. 
As soon as we have the returned item, we immediately process a new order for your replacement and ship it to you with no extra shipping cost. 
If you would like a refund instead of an exchange we will when the returned item is received credit you back the value of the item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process.


1. The item must be returned before 14 days from the day you received the product. 

2. Before returning it please get a return authorization from us by calling : +46 708281477 or email: info [@] koolabah.com. If you want to exchange an item make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange. 

3. The item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it.


Send the item back to us. Please include the invoice in the box marked with the items returned. And please also mark a short description with the reason for returning. 

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage and for the item during transport/shipping unless you received damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by Koolabah. In that case we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it.
